When we don’t have a requested item available, we order and pick up from our local
contracted vendor, without concerning the hospice with the details.

When the hospice calls – we go.

We are a member of the Hospice interdisciplinary team.

We keep a positive attitude when talking to the patients and the hospice staff.

Managers always deal fairly and compassionately with both our staff and with
